HELP PLEASE... I opened up my ps cs3 and the cursor is a hand, when i click any tools, it doesn't change and still its just a hand cursor... what will i do? i cannot edit my pics...

Try also adjusting the levels. If it does not work you can always get eyes from another photo and past them in. Just the color and pupil part.

sooo freaking cool!!but i got a question... what if u want 2 change eye colour... but the base colour is a dark colour? cause in this...the person has light coloured eyes allready... so what if they have dark eyes?
