Generally yes, if you have a purple link amongst the blue links you find on a website, it means you, or somebody on your computer has visited that link before. Although it is easy to style links any color you want with CSS or by specifying link colors in a website. so if someone wanted they could make all links on a website purple and make te visited links blue. Probably it means somebody has visited those links.

I have a question. Does a pink hyperlink or visited "official" link mean that i clicked on it? Cause there are links that i KNOW i haven't clicked on, but are showing they have been looked at. Is this normal, or do they have to be clicked on to show the visited color? Please help i am so confused.
