I think you'll find it's her sister, but apologies if I'm wrong. I'll look it up... Nope I'm right I think, as in acknowledgements it says "with thanks to my sister and co-author Tamara" in the Core Transformation book - but perhaps you know more than I, so please correct me and fill me in if not.
