I've never used Xampp for local testing, sorry.BTW, I am redoing these tutorials so that any bugs in them are fixed, just do you know before you watch the next parts :PI'm not sure if it would be, but have you got the directory permissions set properly?

Any experience using Xampp for local testing?I get an error "URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration" so, I open php.ini and change the allow_url_include value from Off to On and I still seem to get the same error about not being able to find a suitable wrapper to open the stream.Any ideas?

Can you write an outline before you start recording. About 65% of this video was wasted saying the word um, or moving and fidgeting around your screen making things up as you go along. This video is good except for all the wasted time. Thanks.
