Dark, it's because they're all tinted Cadillacs. Drive the newest models of black Caddys with limo tint...you won't be harrassed by traffic cops. Plus this was probably an arranged event, where the same agency takes care of their transportation from airports to hotels to the meeting. Notice how many Police Interceptor models drive in and out of the mix too. Those are federal employees (NSA, HLS, SS, or CIA), not cops, guards or drivers.
