i dont think they should recast the joker unless they find somone who is really amazing like as good or almost as good as heath ledger but only if they could find an actor like tht

I don't think the Joker had enough fighting sequences in the movie to present him as a good fighter. You never know. In the comics, it usually depends on the writer if Joker is a good fighter or not.

Not as a fighter.

What? The Joker wasn't a challange?

I think Bane's backstory is extremely disturbing.

I don't know about the Ventriliquest. I just think it's a little silly for the dark take Nolan has taken, and it would be hard to take a little talking puppet seriously.

only one villain on your list could not work for a Dark Knight sequel - Two Face. for those of you unaware, it has been officially announced that Harvey "Two-Face" Dent did in fact die at the end of the movie

Frankly, any one of these villains would be great. You've created an incredibly well thought of analysis of each villain.I think that Killer Croc should appear in the next Batman. Not as a main villain, but somebody that could really challange Batman in hand to hand.

I'll stick by my initial idea - that actor who played the bank manager in Dark Knight, the guy from Prison Break, should be Black Mask. Joker even said to him "what doesn't kill you simply makes you stranger". He shot him but left a smoke bomb in his mouth, and if he could keep talking smack while shot I guarantee his injuries weren't severe enough to kill him. He'd make a PERFECT Black Mask, even has the looks for it.
