I think this program has less functions then photoshop but since The Gimp it's free and I think more easy to use then photoshop it's the best for begginers.I'm downloading right now...and 5/5

Unless you are very accurate with the path tool, the surrounding skin gets a colour change also.BTW, this works great with a car pic, but first create a png pic of the car's bodywork with all other parts removed leaving a transparent background.Paste the png pic over the top of you original car pic and use the colour adjustment tools to get the desired colour.You get to keep the created png for future use.
