What do you mean? If you do not have Any Video Converter or another converter, then just leave it as it is after you have rendered it with Camtasia. Like I have said on my other tutorial: different videos work better or worse then others, and work better—or worse—with some settings. Youtube is just a hassle and whenever someone finds a bug in their compression program it gets fixed asap.
