they all have small genetic differences, genetic drift. this process is ongoing. project the change into the future and there will be a time when neither can interbreed. then they will be different 'kinds' because they are reproductively isolated.question? what if humans and chimps could produce hybrids, hypothetically? would you class us as the same kind?

'Wolves/dingoes/poodles etc. are of the same kind (DOGS'wolves/coyotes/dogs/dingoes/jackals are all in the same genus.they are distinct species even though some can interbreed they are disinclined to and it mucks up their reproductive cycle. some occur on different continents.so we have a geographic boundary and a behavioural boundary.continued...

yes, but HTBK trilobites have pre-trilobite ancestors clearly living in the vendian. and for yet another time i have to tell you. there are not 100 animal phyla, the list tops out at 50.
