Well you know full well that a child does not just mean someones offspring, but that it also means a young person still in the process of growing and that, in most Western countries at least, someone is legally considered a child untill 18. I must concede through that if it is the *children* who make a sextape (as improbable as that is), with no adult coercion, it is difficult to justify how watching it could be a crime (assuming it wasn't stolen). But then that is not the heart problem is it?

Minors having sex exists all over. Whether or not it's on film, it exists. Only once it's filmed do you call it "child porn" (which doesn't make sense, because everybody in every porno is somebody's child). So if these minors are having sex, why is it illegal to watch this crime caught on tape.
