How do I cancel my account?

Please log into the client area here: Client Area

Click On the View to the right of the Products/Services line under Account Overview

Click View Details button to the right of the Product/ Service you want to cancel

Click on Management Actions Link, and then Request Cancelation link

No Accounts will be canceled without a cancelation request.

NOTE:  If you are paying b y paypal, please make sure the paypal subscription for the hosting is canceled in your paypal account.
